Returns

• Timeframe: Request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
• Shipping Costs: Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
• Product Condition: Product must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

Order Cancellation

An order can be canceled only before it has been shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Return Process

• Request a return via our website form or by email.
• Include the order number and purchase date.
• Send a photo of the product to confirm it's unused and undamaged.
• Send a photo of the packaged product before shipping.
• Ship the product in its original packaging.

Refund Process

• Product Inspection: We inspect all returns within 5 business days of receipt.
• Approval: If approved, the refund (minus shipping fees) will be processed.

Important Notes

• Products not meeting return conditions will be rejected and returned to the sender.
